Stationery Wiki:Mechanical Pencil Day Contest 2019
The Mechanical Pencil Day Contest 2019 is the second ever contest held on Stationery Wiki. The contest is played and won by skill of editing. The purpose of the Mechanical Pencil Day Contest 2019 is to encourage content creation and improvement of articles related to mechanical pencils and to have fun.
The Judges[edit]
The Pen Addict's Brad Dowdy and Dave of Dave's Mechanical Pencils fame have agreed to act as judges for this contest.
How to participate[edit]
To participate you need to amend an existing or create a new article related to mechanical pencils. To keep things simple you don't have to indicate that you want to participate. All contributions will automatically count for the contest. If you don't see your own name in the list of participants on this page we must have missed you. In that case please add yourself to the list of participants.
The extended deadline for contributions is 31 January 2020 at 12:00 (noon) UTC. The original deadline was 7 January 2020.
Who can participate[edit]
Everyone can participate, but the prizes can only be sent to countries Royal Mail delivers to, so if you live on the ISS or in a research station in Antarctica and are not sure whether they deliver to you you can check on Royal Mail's Country Guide page. Please create an account if you don't already have one. Without an account your contribution/edit will appear under your IP address and we won't be able to verify who did the contribution/edit.

A list of all contributions for this contest is available at Stationery Wiki:Mechanical Pencil Day Contest 2019/Contributions. Participants are encouraged to check that page for mistakes and amend if necessary.
What you can win[edit]
A set of mechanical pencils as a prize for this giveaway has been provided by CultPens. The judges will pick their favourite contribution each. This means that if both judges pick the same contribution all mechanical pencils will go to one winner, otherwise they'll be split between both winners.
There's More[edit]
The winner(s) and the runner-up(s) will also get these 'virtual' trophies that they can display on their user page if they want. Here are this year's trophies
