The Michigan Pen Club is pleased to announce that our 2019 pen show will be organized and promoted by Dale Penkala and Isaac Hannosh of Opus Mechan, Inc. (PenHub). This transition was approved in order to substantially enlarge our Detroit-area pen show in size and with the addition of another day, making it a 3-day weekend event open to the public starting on Friday, October 18th.​​

The first annual Detroit Pen Show's vision is "We aim to bring pen enthusiasts, collectors and exhibitors to the Detroit area from around the world. Our goal is to help educate and encourage young people to enjoy the art of handwriting with fun and exciting writing instruments."

Admissions

General Admission on Friday (Oct 18) - 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. ($7). Weekend passes are $25. General Admission on Saturday (Oct 19) - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ($7) General Admission on Sunday (Oct 20) - 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ($7)
