Ring Binder

A binder that contains rings that are attached to the inner spine or inner cover; the rings go through holes that are made into the paper. Once secured, the paper cannot escape the binding without unlocking the rings or by tearing the paper apart from binding. The most common type of this binding is the Three Ring Binder.

Springback Binder

A binder that is made to resemble a hardcover book but the spine contains steel clasps. The clasps hold the paper through pressure. This method of binding paper maintains the integrity of the paper without the need for perforations for the binding material.
