You might ask yourself: Why Stationery Wiki? I have never quite understood its purpose and point. Why is it not just part of normal Wikipedia? Why separate?
The answer is simple: Wikipedia has deleted many stationery related articles, for example about the Parker Sonnet, about Brad Dowdy, etc. This is usually because these articles don't pass Wikipedia's notability test, i.e. they are not deemed to be notable, or "worthy of notice". This results in a situation where some popular pens can keep their Wikipedia articles, while other articles of less mainstream pens get deleted.
With Stationery Wiki being a Wiki specifically for stationery we have more freedom regarding which articles we can keep. Which pen do you want to write about?
