The person that runs FPN is named Wim, and so I sent Wim an email saying, hey, would you please take my site off of this? And then he gave me this whole explanation about why they set up what they did and that they don't think they're doing anything wrong. And once you publish your RSS feed, it's out there. I'm getting all these answers back that are like really, really wrong. Like way wrong in their perception and reality on how this should happen. So I replied back, and I could tell that Wim's coming from this kind of old school mentality. Like doesn't really know exactly how the current internet world works. So my response back was, you know, not in anger, but I was like, let me explain to you why this is a problem. So I laid it out like that, and I sent out this long email. And he still kind of was not getting it, but kind of did. And then more people asked Wim to take down their sites from the thing. And then eventually I think it kind of got through to FPN and the moderators and the admins over there that this really wasn't a benefit for them to have, especially if it's going to cause this much consternation and just be kind of creepy that they were doing it in the first place. It's just not a legit way to run your board, especially a board of that size. And so by the end of Saturday, there was actually a really nice, huge apology from Wim on the board and took down the board completely. And, you know, finally got to the point where I think it clicked in his head that, okay, I'm not doing something that I should be doing. And, you know, hopefully my email helped and hopefully everyone else that chimed in helped. And, you know, there was a lot of eyeballs on it all of a sudden. And they'd been doing it for a couple months. That's how infrequently I go over there and even notice those types of things.
