== Pen Mods == '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. You can totally get modded out. But this is why I find it appealing, right? Is that you can really go with this one. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Yeah. Yeah. So I, you know, I'm, I'm, I'm getting there. I'm coming to some conclusions, even just after a day or two. Let me finish these last couple little pockets. The, the, the right side, like I said, the, the main pockets for a tablet or a large notebook, you know, um, probably like a five size, maybe a little bit bigger or, you know, in any kind of tab, a little fit in the large pocket. And in the front of that pocket, the left side has like three, I call them business card slots. They're kind of stacked one on top of each other. I don't really know what to use those for. I mean, I put business cards in there because I feel that's what should go there. I don't know if that's the most useful there, but I don't know what else to put in there. But then the single slot to the right of it will hold a notebook or I have index cards in it. That's a really good pocket. Like I like that. Um, and then when you close the case, the front has three pockets. Um, one wide one in the middle, two skinny ones on the right. Those are practically useless. Um, there's no give on those front pockets. Like I can't even get the tip of my index finger under there. '''Myke Hurley:''' They have the passport and the credit cards. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Yeah. So like the front middle pocket is good. Like I can see that that's a big pocket. There's two skinny pockets. '''Myke Hurley:''' Oh, I see what you're saying now. Yeah. Yeah. I can't just say put a phone in one of them. Could you not put like a pen in there or something? '''Brad Dowdy:''' You could jam something in there. It'll be really tight. And it's going to bend. '''Myke Hurley:''' It's going to stretch the lever too. Right? Yeah. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Yeah. So what I'm seeing from this is, I think this is a digital goods case. You know, it's not any type of stationers case like me. Like I'm not going to, pens and paper and stuff in here aren't going to be the best use case for it. '''Myke Hurley:''' I mean, you can kind of maybe use one of their inserts and retrofit it to put pens in. But like, no, this is made for somebody who has a digital life for sure. For sure. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Yeah. So, and I've always looked at it as, well, this would be great for like analog tools. '''Brad Dowdy:''' That just doesn't seem what it's set up for. '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. No, I honestly, I don't know why you would have thought that by looking at it. Yeah. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Because I always see pens and pencils and paper. There's not, you know, there's usually more than just a field notes or more than a pen in this. It's usually multiple stationary items. Right. And so I wanted to load it out with my stationary items and my iPad. And I don't think that's the right way to approach it. '''Myke Hurley:''' No, I think you can put a stationary item or two in there. Right. Right. But it's no, it's no way, no way is it meant for that. This is meant for like somebody who carries a pen and a field notes notebook. Yes. But really, they're traveling with their iPad and their iPhone and their passport and their headphones and their dongles. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Yeah. That's what this is for, I think. Yeah. So that's kind of the epiphany I've had so far is like, I'm approaching this from the wrong direction. '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah, I think you might be. Huh. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Which makes me look at this case differently now. Right. So. '''Myke Hurley:''' But that doesn't, that doesn't necessarily alleviate your concerns about things touching each other.
