== Kickstarter Rewards == '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. We're just not going to do random add-ons as stretch goals, just because you should have a stretch goal with a Kickstarter project. That's, I'm just, don't believe in that. '''Brad Dowdy:''' I totally reserve the right that if somebody suggests something that makes perfect sense that we like slap our foreheads and be like, why didn't we think of this? That we might look into that. But as you said, like there has to be like a, a reason that that needs to exist and it needs to cost whatever we're going to charge for it. Because the other thing is like, we would then need to create a new reward tier. Right. To, to, to do that. Can you even do that? '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. You can, you can add a tier. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Right. So we would need to come up with something else and do another reward tier that would make sense because you would need to raise more than $10 a pop if we're going to have something that made sense. But yeah, that, that's kind of where, where we're thinking with that is like, it didn't make sense to us, which is why we're now not saying, right, here are our stretch goals because there's, there's nothing that we needed. '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. This project isn't built that way. So it's good just as it is, but, um, and it is really good though, but we're still open. What we're saying is we're still open and doing some really cool stuff for the backers. It's just not going to be presented in the form of a stretch goal. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Yeah. So like the idea of, if we, well, we, we will definitely make enough money to buy at least one pen and give it away to a random backup. Like I'm confident that's going to happen considering we've just made an extra $150. So, right. So we can at least buy a pen for a hundred dollars or something. '''Myke Hurley:''' Oh yeah. It'll be, yeah. Yeah. I'm worried about that at all. It'll be, it'll be all good. '''Brad Dowdy:''' What a, what a great, what a great day. What a great day. Wow. Look at this. I can't believe it. I cannot, I just cannot believe it. I'm, I'm going to hate the next 29 days cause I'm just going to be constantly looking. '''Myke Hurley:''' I know. So yeah, that's, that's the hard thing. The, the waiting now is, is going to be tough because we don't get to do this until April and the buildup is going to be pretty awesome. And we're going to have a lot more. I'll be talking a lot more about it for people that who are, you know, in the area are able to attend the show. You know, we'll have a whole kind of a schedule of events and we'll make sure everyone's, you know, in the loop on, on what all we're trying to do there. '''Brad Dowdy:''' So yeah, if you're excited about this, this is April 17th to April 19th. Like if you could make it, make it, start making your plans now. Cause yeah, we're going to have a great time. '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. You can assume we'll be doing something the Friday night and the Saturday night of the pen show. So you can just assume that what it is. We don't know, but you can assume it. Well, I'm pretty sure we're going to have a, a knock party regardless, um, at the shop. So, oh, great. We're working, we're working on that already. '''Brad Dowdy:''' So awesome. Cause I didn't get to go to the first one. So that we're doing that. And of course we'll be in and around the show and oh man, it's going to be awesome. We're going to, we're going to roll in like, uh, we're going to roll in like some celebrities pushing things over, huh? The pen out of cruise here. '''Myke Hurley:''' Actually, I will tell you this. The people at the pen show are going to have no idea what hit them. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Oh, it comes that Brit. What's he doing? I'm going to turn a lot of heads with this accent. '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. Except the Andersons. The Andersons are there. They're cool. And they're, they understand like, you know, social media and you know how things work with customers. But, uh, a lot of the, uh, old timers, if you will, they're gonna, they're going to be, uh, looking at us, uh, a little funnily. So, um, it'll, it'll be kind of cool. Why are you here boy? Okay. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Well, it was this Kickstarter campaign that we did to bring me over from London. '''Myke Hurley:''' Yeah. Hello. '''Brad Dowdy:''' I do a podcast. '''Myke Hurley:''' So it's going to be interesting. It's going to be really good. It's, uh, I'm beyond excited. '''Brad Dowdy:''' Um, I'm going to book, we'll, we'll, we'll talk about this like later on tomorrow, but I'm just going to book my plane ticket now. Cause I know that the money will come back to me. So we need to talk about that. So you, you book the hotel and then I'll, and then after you've done that, I'll book my plane ticket. Cause that was the thing, right? The sooner I can book it, the better cause it's cheaper. And as soon as we, as soon as we hit the goal, I can just book it because I know we're going to get it. Right. Oh, this is fantastic news. Yep. It's really, really good. This is so great. I am so, I'm so happy. Like, I think we should probably wrap up now before I turn into like a ball of liquid mess of some description. '''Myke Hurley:''' I was going to say, are you ready to start the episode now?
