'''Brad Dowdy:''' I'm saving this next item for a later date too, Michael, because I've spent too much freaking money recently. I have more pens coming. And the last thing I need is another new pen. But this is perfect for my Atlanta pen show 2015 shopping list because they are always there. And that's my good friends at Franklin Kristoff who like to take all my money. The Franklin Kristoff model 66 has always been on my radar. It's their tester pen, but it's this really good shape. And they made it out of solid black. And it was just really good. And they have added the ice barrel into this lineup. Whoa. This is dang near the perfect pen for me. And I'm just going to hold off. Our friend Chris Gottlieb reviewed this on his blog. You need to go check it out. It's the model 66 ice. And it's just an amazing, amazing looking pen. If I can hold off until the Atlanta pen show, I'll be impressed with myself. They've already sold out two batches of these on the site. You can go in and order, pre-order it now. I think the next batch is coming like November 18th or something. I'd have to look at the site, but they had a date on it. And last year at the pen show, they were out of several of the ice models before I had a chance to buy it. So hopefully they will have enough to have this one available for me to pick one up there. Because I'm going to try my dangest not to buy another pen until the Atlanta pen show. But probably next week we'll have a conversation that I bought some other Nakaya or something like that. So I don't want to say things like that.

But now I have no reason not to buy one because this is a beautiful, beautiful pen. And I will be adding one to the collection, but not until the spring, which will be fun. Something to start... Something I can kick off my list with, which I usually do pretty good from like January to April when the pen show is of holding off until the pen show and saving my space credits for a pen show splurge. So that will be on the top of the list.
