'''Brad Dowdy:''' Yeah. And I went in and there were a couple of members of staff there who were two things. Incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly pushy. Very pushy. They were trying to get us to literally buy the place out, it felt like. But they knew what they were talking about. One thing I didn't know. Did you know Lamy was making notebooks right now? Yes.

'''Myke Hurley:''' Did not know this. Some of our Australian and Far Eastern friends got a hold of them through Lamy Australia and have been putting reviews out. Like Diana from, oh gosh, I'm blanking on the podcast. Yeah, the nib section. Yeah, the nib section. Sorry, I was blanking. And then Yagen from Machiato Man all got a bunch of the new Lamy notebooks. And they were pretty displeased with the paper. Like I think technically like the notebook was good. But for fountain pens that they didn't care for the paper quality. So I'll be interested in trying them out.

So let's ignore that. I don't even want to bother looking into it anymore. But why don't we know that? Why didn't we know that before now? But anyway, so they're making notebooks right now. And I was like in the store. And the staff were knowledgeable. Like I feel like we were testing each other. Right. They were testing me and I was testing them. And we were talking about some stuff. And we were like, oh, okay. Like we were talking about. Like Idina mentioned something about the vanishing point. And the guy was like, oh, do you know we make a vanishing point? Like they were the words that he used. Because he knew what it was. Like he had a vanishing point clicked in his pocket. So like they were knowledgeable about pens in general. As well as just Lamy products. But I really like the way it was like, oh, do you know that we make a vanishing point? And got the Dialogue 3 out. And I was playing around with that. It's a beautiful pen. I love it. It's just too chunky for me. Totally. Like it is easier for me to use from a clip perspective than the vanishing point is. But I enjoyed it. They had the piano black one too. Yes. It's really good looking.
