Brian and Rachel Goulet established The Goulet Pen Company in 2009. The
business originally operated from their home garage and sold handmade wooden
pens. It subsequently moved away from manufacturing its own pens and developed
into an online retailer of fountain pens, ink, paper and related

The company's first expansion beyond its own handmade pens was the addition of
