I was like, I've just got this thing sitting here. So I eventually sent it off to him because I wasn't using it. And then Pele vanished.

'''Brad Dowdy:''' No, they up and vanished. So no one carries them anymore. The company doesn't exist. I actually probably would have bought one of those because I had the one in my hand and I really liked it. You could have saved the company.

It's a very simple product. But Midori's just got this aura to it that makes it special. It's marketing. They've done an excellent job of marketing their product, making it a thing that people enjoy, that people are able to customize to fit their needs. It's not – a field notes notebook is generally standard. People can do different things with them. They can make it their bullet journal. They can make it their calendar. They can make it their whatever. But the style and format is the same. With the Midori, it's customizable to your heart's content. Kind of like the Rotor Faden.
