'''Adina Hurley:''' So something I've been doing a lot of this year has been journaling. And I know that there are a lot of people who are like me because I've met them. Uh, but it's that idea that when you're, when you start a new journal, you write your name perfectly on the first page and you draw this little illustration and you always feel really bad if you make a mistake and you have to, um, you know, put a line through it and write again, or if you have an ink blood or whatever, it's like, there's so much perfection tied into it. And it was awesome going into Leia's workshop. And she was basically saying, no, you're going to start writing halfway through the page. And that, that caused a bit of anxiety into me, but it's just, it was just, she was, she had all of these techniques in trying to make us get used to imperfection, especially around journaling, because that's just not needed. And also she made us rip off pages of it and, I love it. And just smear ink around and it does a really good techniques. I wish I had something to point people to, but that was just awesome. I love it. I came into my office a couple of days ago to edit Cortex. I left and she was still sitting at the table and she was like halfway through the list. It's like, oh my God.
